My story

From Infrastructure finance to founder-side rigour

GrowthWave Consultants was founded on the belief that strong businesses are built on strong financial architecture. My early career was in Government Infrastructure — structuring Public-Private Partnership projects, building financial models for large-scale assets, and preparing concession agreements for roads, urban infrastructure and social-sector projects across Uttarakhand.

That work taught me something most financial consultants learn only in theory: the quality of financial architecture — how a project is structured, capitalised and stress-tested — determines whether it actually gets built. Numbers on a page are only as strong as the assumptions behind them and the people who can defend them.

I eventually brought that same rigour into the startup ecosystem, and found it was exactly what founders were missing. Not better slides. Not more optimistic projections. But financial models that reflect how the business actually works, capital strategies that account for ownership and control, and documents that hold up when investors push back.

GrowthWave Consultants was founded on that conviction — that founders deserve institutional-grade financial support, and that investor-readiness is earned through structure and depth, not narrative alone.
